November 22 - December 16, 2012

November 22, 2012 

 

 So I woke up at 8ish to watch the parade. I set up my tripod and sat in front of my 12 by 12 television for two hours taking pictures of balloons. I went back to sleep for an hour and then woke up to help mom cook dinner. Everything tasted okay, I guess. Then I chilled out for a little while, took a shower, and waited for dad to go to sleep so we could go Black Friday shopping. We left around twelve or one and shopped until 4 I think. We didn't really buy anything though. I was exhausted because I was going on like six hours of sleep. We had to pull teeth out to get mom to even leave.

November 23, 2012

When I woke up, we went shopping even more. First we went to Jcpenneys. I got a pair of jeans. Then we went out to Staples and got my Kindle Fire! After that we went to Bath & Body Works and I got my first three-wick candle. I should really try different candles but I'm obsessed with frosted cupcake so ooooh well. You get one free book a month so I purchased Water for Elephants.

November 24, 2012 

I basically spent my whole Thanksgiving Break on my Kindle. I love love love love it so much. I definitely do not regret buying it at all. It sucks that I got it before Christmas, and there's nothing that's going to be waiting for me under the tree for Christmas, but I guess I'm okay with it.

 Today was the last day of Thanksgiving Break. The neighbors had a big party. I didn't really do anything today, but laid around. It was a really anti-climatic break.

 Hayley got her fillings today. It was quite humorous hearing her with a lisp. She was being really goofy. After she got home from the dentist, we went to Home Depot to get out Christmas tree and Jcpenneys.

December 1, 2012

So last night I discovered American History. This was on a Friday. Two days later I finished the season. I don't know why I liked the show so much but I did. I loved it so much. I would even say that it would be my favorite show, over New Girl. And that's big. I wish I could watch season 2, but Amazon Prime hasn't offered it yet. It's the first day of December! Mom had a strong desire to put the Christmas tree up today, and I wasn't feeling it because I would much rather watch American Horror Story, so things didn't go so well.

So today I did my nails a Christmas-y colors and watched the new Spiderman. I actually really liked it. Spiderman was like my dream man, really. He was into photography and tall and mysterious and everything. He was really cute. :) Emma Stone did a good job as well.

 Dad found a Ipod at work that's been lost in found for months. I find this so funny. Not only is it disabled for over 22 million minutes, but the background is also a Clydesdale. What. the. heck.

 We went out to eat with grandma today & went to Dollar General. I thought that baby one-sie thing was so cute. I can't wait to dress my children.

I found out today that I'm ranked as 33 out of 235 sophomores in my school. I was actually happy about that. haha

Mom is still refusing to turn the heat on, so I'm still having to layer clothes and freeze to death. I was recently looking at pictures and realized how older I look from last year. Times is flying.

December 12, 2012

Today was another Wednesday, so another day I spend with grandma. It was really fun this time for some reason, and it made my love grow for my grandmother ever more. So I was in the car waiting for my mom with Hayley and me and grandma all in the back of the car. I had to pee so bad. We were in the car for about thirty minutes waiting. She was willing to go anywhere to take me to the bathroom. My mom didn't even care that I had to go to the bathroom. We finally went to KFC to go and she happily went with me. We were walking out of KFC and buy a window and this guy was waving at me. At first I didn't realize it, but my grandma saw, so she waved me over. She's like "Meghan, come here!" She was laughing and waving at him, and she called him cute. It was really weird, I guess but it made me laugh. I guess the guy thought I was cute or something. I don't know. After that we went to County Market and shopped. Last night I also found out what college I want to go to. I want to major in photography and minor in journalism. When I graduate I hope to get a job in the newspaper and when I get enough money, I'll make my own photography studio.

I decided not to go to school today for two reasons. One I had a geometry test and two I had an Algebra test. So the night before mom and I went to Wal-Mart while everyone was sleeping, and then we woke up and shopped at Jcpenneys. We ate at Wendys after and drove around, and went to the park.

December 15, 2012 

Today, me and Hayley were going to go to watch Breaking Dawn but then we were like ehhh so we got Polar Pops instead and went home. I guess the hamster is in my hands now so I cleaned the cage and everything. I think it's cold or something because it's been sleeping a lot and just getting up for food.

Corey decides to lay in my bed so he pays. :D I think I'm just going to take a shower and study for geometry and algebra today since I didn't take it Friday. I have finals later this week, and my last day of school is Thursday! Woo. So I'm going to have to study my butt off this week. December 21-st is also this week so who knows. Maybe this will be my last time blogging. Later, gators.

It's been a loooong day, and it's only six. I'm studying for Geometry right now, A.K.A hell. Today is a day made in history because Meghan's actually studying for math! This is the first time I've ever studied for a math class in my life. Obviously I'm trying to get this D up, even though I'll end up failing the quiz somehow.

I still have Foundations to study, too. It won't take me that long to do though, because I know the Revolutionary War like the back of my hand.

I guess it didn't snow. No one really knows, but it was so cold that I had to grab my winter coat.

I want to bake a cake for Brittany's birthday tomorrow, but I don't know if we have any cake mix. I don't even know if she likes chocolate cake. Darn. I ordered her Austin Mahone bracelets and we're suppose to make a pillowcase sometime when my mom decides she wants to go the store and buy one. Can't wait for this weekend! Shopping spree with my besties!

I ended up making her a chocolate cake with left over blue icing from Hayley's birthday cake and cupcakes. She said it was good and they ate it all for lunch! I ended up getting a C+ on my Geometry test. HA. YES! Now I have a D+... I got a B- on my foundations test, too.

 So today we went out to eat with grandma. On our way we say a tree in the park decorated! It's beautiful when you see it in the dark. We ended up eating at KFC. Corey's choice, of course. Blech. I got the box that comes with a bunchhhhh of food. I thought I was going to blow. Then we went out to County Market to get groceries. Corey was with us, so I wanted to shoot my brains out. He was even bothering me when I took that picture of the turkey. After that we went to a local frozen yogurt place. I got cookie batter with m'm's and mini chocolate chips. It wasn't bad! I've never had it before, surprisingly. I would definitely eat it again.

So today mom went to the mall and bought a bunch of stuff. She gave me this ring and I lost it in about five minutes. Today was filled with drama. She brought home Texas Roadhouse and Corey and I got in a fight about it. Basically he threw me into a mirror and sliced my elbow open. I swear, I hope I never have a boy when I get married and want kids. Teenage boys are horrible and way worse than girls.

November 16, 2012 

 So today Hayley and I went on the search for a birthday present for Brittany. We went to Shop Ko first. We searched everywhere for something. No luck. Then we went to Wal-Mart and just bought a pillowcase to make her a pillow. After we went to Goodwill to see if there was anything nice, but I think we were too tired to look at stuff after a long day at school and a stressful time looking for a present so we were only there for about five minutes. After that we went to Dollar Tree to get Hayley eyeliner and me gift wrapping paper. We got Mcdonald's and headed home. As soon as I got home Mom ran outside and said someone was on the phone for me. I pick it up and it's Brittany. She asks me if I want to help her wash her car. I had to stuff my food down and she came and she came and  picked me up. It was freeezing. After that we went to Mcdonald's yet again because she was hungry and I got a hot chocolate. I tried taking a picture but it was blurry and not worth the bother of putting it on. We drove to Wal-Mart to mess around and saw a couple breaking up in the parking lot. Brittany rolls down her window to hear, haha. The woman just walks off in the dark down the street in the cold and the man walks the other way to his car. We never ended up going inside Wal-Mart, but we headed to Sarah's instead. I swear we almost hit a deer on the way out there, but she denies it. When we got there Sarah sat in the truck with us and we all just talked. It made me happy that I have people to talk to and laugh with without being forced to. It's nice being cared about and having friends that worry and care about you. Sarah's boyfriend came over later so that was our cue to go. I still had to go home and make the pillowcase so I told her to take me home and I know she was curious why. On the way home, Phillip Phillips came on the radio and she turned it up really loud with the heat on high. It was really fun, I don't know why but it was. So when I got home I had to had to beg mom for about an hour to help me with the pillow and the words ended up coming out backwards. Great. I didn't care and I'm sure she didn't either. I finally got the present wrapped up at about eleven and passed out instantly.

 

 

 

November 17, 2012

 Today was Brittany's party so I woke up at the crack of dawn to get ready. We went out of town and to the mall. I bought two candles and a hand sanitizer from Bath and Body Works and a birthday card from Spencers for mom. After that we ate lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings. I got chicken tenders and fries, of course. I didn't really like the french fries this time. They tasted kind of sweet? Then we headed home and did errands around town. She opened her present in the County Market parking lot. She loved it, of course. Then we went to AT&T and she got her Iphone 5. While she was getting her phone, me and Sarah went over to Rue 21. I picked up a CUTE scarf there. I think I'm in love with it. I'm obsessed with scarves. Sarah picked up a sweater dress that she'd been looking for all day and ended up getting it in town. After that we headed out of town for a weiner roast with Brittany's family. We had hot dogs and cake and we froze our butt's off. It was fun though. Then we all headed home, I showered, and went to bed. It was a fun day!

 Today was a chill day. I worked on homework the whole day. I've been busy this week, so it was nice just sitting around for a little while. Wizard of Oz was on! I was too busy on Youtube to watch it, though.

Monday's suck. I was packed with homework today. All I did was study my butt off. I had German and Biology to study, along with Algebra homework. I woke up at 5 this morning to curl my hair, and I wore my new scarf!

November 20, 2012

 Today we went out with Grandma to eat. We went to Wendy's. I swear, I never want to go in there again. I don't know why but there's a creepy old guy that bothers me when I go in there. My mom says he likes red hair and that's why he talks to me. He really scares me though! We usually go in there on Wednesday's, and that's when he is usually there, but we go in there last night, and there he is. I rushed to eat my food, and ran out to the car. I really don't want to go there ever again. My mom said that there was another little girl in there with red hair and he was pestering her. It's weird, because he never bothers my sister. Just me. So when I waited in the parking lot for them to eat, I took pictures.

November 21, 2012

I ended up skipping school today. I got told about a dozen times that I was a hookey player. I don't care though, I was tired. I laid down on my bed last night just to rest and I passed out in about two minutes with my computer and lights on. I slept until 11-ish and just surfed the internet all day. It was nice. Tomorrow's Thanksgiving! I'll try to wake up tomorrow to watch the parade and take pictures of it. I remember last year I didn't have a camera, so I was taking pictures of it with my mom's camera. Then I'll help mom cook dinner, and hopefully I'll talk a nap to rest up for Black Friday. I might be getting my Kindle Fire! I hope to get lots of pictures. Happy Thanksgiving!
